Location -Location ! Great location in Westbourne. So central to town & beach

Only ONE toilet…… Parking- Non existent!!! Poor Reception so the TV that runs on Wi-Fi really bad !!

La ubicación es buena, en un barrio tranquilo pero con servicios cercanos como supermercados, parada de autobús y cafeterías. El apartamento cuenta con bastantes utensilios de cocina, lo cual resulta práctico para grupos. La atención del anfitrión fue buena: no había secador de pelo y, tras solicitarlo, en pocas horas nos dejaron uno nuevo. Además, fueron flexibles con el check-in, permitiéndonos entrar antes (pagando un extra), y el día de salida, debido a la lluvia, no pusieron inconvenientes en que saliéramos un poco más tarde.

Éramos 10 personas y solo hay un baño, lo que resulta insuficiente para un grupo grande. La limpieza es mejorable y la conexión wifi fue algo inestable. El acceso no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida, ya que hay una escalera de aluminio estrecha y empinada. Tampoco fue posible dejar las maletas el día del check-out, lo cual habría sido de ayuda.

Lack of parking and/or advise on where else to park. Also, lack of additional toilet roll (only 1) and indoor bins.

Says free parking, but day before had email to say one parking space for accommodation that sleeps 10. And space was only for a small car! Carpets were stained throughout. Kitchen was tiny and tired. The walls in the shower room were in a terrible state. Two spindles missing off the bannister and picture broken but still hanging on the wall in dining room. Dining room was tiny for 10 people. Some of the pictures did not reflect the property condition. Loads of rubbish by bins when we arrived. Window in kitchen was broken and badly repaired. Said it was newly decorated but it was clear that not all of the property was newly decorated. The bedrooms and living rooms are very spacious but kitchen, dining room and shower room was a big disappointment.
