New townhouse, 300m 4 minute walk Te Kaha One New Zealand Stadium, car park, 2 bed 2 bath

Clean. Quite.

The couch was horrible 😫 It was hard to find once we got to the carpark, which is off-site. Better directions would help with this. Also, being able to get out of the back gate would be good so you can get your bags into the car without having to make multiple trips. We ended up having to lift them over a high fence, which is not ideal.

Having 2 bathrooms was so so good.

Our car got hit by another in the car park supplied. The culprit did leave his ph number etc for us to contact him. Which we have done. Would have been nicer having car parking in a safer place. Insurance claim underway tho.

House is clean. Host recommend us the restaurant and yes we enjoy the food. Highly recommended.

The location was so close to the city like they told us. The house had enough facilities and they even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The host always replied to our emails as soon as he could.

Car park was over in the liquor store car park and I worried about my car being damaged

The location was good

We didn’t receive the email early enough as we were in another country and on a plane, it needs to arrive a couple of days earlier, ie code for the door and the car parking. The very small basin in the ensuite.

It ticked all the boxes close to town was like home away from home

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable for our family, close to town and shops. Great communication with the landlords (Dave & Molly) insuring our stay was nice and pleasant. I will definitely, be coming back to stay in this lovely townhouse as the location perfect. I would give this townhouse a 5 star rating ***** Thank you Dave and Molly Jason Auckland, NZ
