It was a nice property-convenient and 15 mins walking distance to most places

Location is good Communication with house is good.

Even though house owner already provided parking information in advance, it’s still a little bit confusing and cost some time to figure out we can park in the space belong to nearby stores. But it’s solved very soon after we parked and entered the room and found a piece of paper to put on windshield of our car.

Our stay was very comfortable and our communication with host Dave excellent. The townhouse was very clean and quiet. There's a small convenience store one block away across the broad avenue and a kebab house next to it. There's a coffee shop that opens at 7am close by in the other direction as well as a very large Indian grocery store across Cashel that opens somewhat later with fresh (and frozen) chapatis. Riverside Market is about a 15 minute walk straight down Cashel Street and the excellent Botanic Garden 15 minutes beyond that. Restaurants are around those locations.

The unit was a little difficult to locate as it's not near the mailbox that indicates its address. Small inconvenience.

Had a lovely couple of days in Christchurch. Very nice apartment and walking distance to town centre. Good communication with hosts All in all a very nice experience.

Is clean and new.

They didn’t have an air conditioner in the upstairs to cool the bedrooms.
