New townhouse, 300m 4 minute walk Te Kaha One New Zealand Stadium, car park, 2 bed 2 bath

It was in a central location.

The location is super convenient if you wanna city walk in Christchurch. The decoration of the apartment is modern and warm, the space is enough for four adults. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the apartment which made us felt like home.

All good for me and my friends

Was a little hard to find the place at first as it doesn't have numbers out the front. Other than that, the place was clean and tidy. we had our child on holiday and they message that morning to see if we would like the sofa made up, close to town, and would recommend this place

New and fresh and very convenient. Very friendly host. Everything was catered for. Simply perfect!

The townhouse was modern, clean, comfortable and within walking distance of city attractions. David and Molly were excellent communicators. It was good to have a washing machine, and a nearby car park. Thank you.

Clean well presented apartment. Free on site parking

Bedrooms are upstairs which is fine but they got really hot overnight. No heat pump or fan in the room that I could find to cool rooms down.
