The staff. Stephanie was brilliant, even though she was run off her feet most of the time. Sorted out any problems immediately, always with a smile.

told wrong room to start with, no location of room ie inside the inn so we were wandering around for a while till we took a chance and entered the building.

Superb location and accommodation. Like a home from home

Great service from on site management and luxury fittings and overall comfort of apartment was superb.

Poor phone reception but more just an issue due to remoteness but worth bearing in mind. WiFi was a bit hit and miss.

the toilet was disgusting, not cleaned prior to my arrival.

the internet was poor and not clean
