The location was right on the sea front with lovely views, it was very comfortable and warm with friendly staff.

No issues at all.

Bathroom was large with nice fluffy towels

The view onto a carpark Lack of finding room, the room leading onto our room just look like another apartment door.no staff and not answering telephone

Loved the location. Loved the area and access to activities. Liked the room for the most part.

The room had lifting tiles and the door that hid the fridge door held in the heat. Remove it. When I left that door open the fridge cooled better. Number the room doors. We had several people try to access our room. And when we moved in we tried to access some one else's. Buckie without a number is confusing. Also a small chair and a shelf in the bathroom would also be better.

The fridge in room was not working. I was unable to keep food and drink kept cool Brought back from groceries.

Stunning room, view, bathroom and surroundings. Absolutely beautiful. 10/10

Location to the ferry for Orkney islands

Confusing lockboxes, limited to one restaurant for meals, the only accommodation out of 15 that could not process our card.

Brilliant location with a lovely bath, felt very light and open and had very comfy beds for the night 😊

The coffee machine didn’t work and we had to be changed rooms as the door lock got stuck with us inside but this was solved incredibly quickly (literally 2 minutes) with one call to the number on the back of the door.

Location was great but the best thing about it was Stephanie who really looked after us
