CZThe apartment was amazing! My best accommodation in Chicago ever. Spacious, clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth. The amenities on the 32nd and 33rd floors were unexpected. Great fitness centre, pool, and views. Many nice touches, like a few items in the refrigerator upon your arrival. I will definitely stay here again when in Chicago.
Nothing to complain about. You can hear the trains - but earplugs are provided (one of the nice touches :-)).

Train noise and not being able to organise a slightly earlier check in
USthe original card to gain access to the parking lot did not work- so we entered with another guest and then had to walk through the alley and around the block with our luggage rather than being able to use the elevator to gain access to the elevator. The original female woking the reception desk who gave me the parking pass before access to my unit was available could have let me know that my family should wait rather than walk down the alley with all our stuff.
Curtains or blackout shades in the bedrooms are a must-the blinds do not work at keeping the sun out. I would rent again if there were curtains or blackout shades.

Der Lärm der S/U-Bahn war schon erheblich - war aber in den oberen Etagen (>26) einigermaßen erträglich!
