Evergreen Lodge - Two Bed Lux Flat - Parking, Garden, Patio, WIFI, Netflix - Close to Blenheim Palace & Oxford - F3

The house was very spacious and homely, the lighting was was very good and access to variety of entertainment was top notch.

We had some delays with the heating of the house but after the initial lag it went well

The location and clear communication regarding keys, check out, etc.

The garden was shared. Laundry business running out of the shed so people walking past bedroom and lounge regularly. Noisy upstairs neighbours running the washing machine until 1:30AM. Looked different to photos, chips and dirt on walls and curtains. Not very clean.

Location and flat its self is all great. Parking at the accommodation and plenty of parking in surrounding area.

It’s a shared garden which wasn’t 100% clear to me when booking this. Had I known this I may have booked elsewhere. But it was still a lovely stay

The space was nice

The finishing touches need to be addressed, beside floating tables loose, toilet roll holder not screwed in properly, no grout in the floor tiles in the bathroom, the barrel of the door isn’t working properly. Lovely property just needs a little more attention to detail.

Great for families

A few issues with the facilities but not a bother.
