It's conveniently located near the main road and amenities. Oxford and Bicester Village are just a short drive away. There is a nearby supermarket where we can stock up during our stay, which is a great addition to this property.

It would be super helpful for guests if some basic kitchen items like salt and pepper were provided :)

"Ok for short stays, tidy but needs a good deep clean and maintenance/repairs of some things in the flat."

It was neat and tidy when we arrived. Good communication from the owner. Asked for fresh bedding and towels half way through our stay due to it being a 12nt booking and they happily accommodated. Location to access Oxford is pretty good but you do need a car to get to local shops and food. Quiet street. Parking - when someone else didn’t park there.

Didn’t like that the staff were constantly accessing the shed in the garden for cleaning supplies due to our flat being at the back, we lost some privacy. We couldn’t shut the blinds as it would be dark - only blinds that weren’t broken. In general, the flat needs a good deep clean and some minor repairs - wardrobe doors, bathroom basin area etc. The main bedroom is very small, you are basically sleeping next to a wall. A clothes dryer would be great. They did supply a rack but it takes a day or 2 to dry which wouldn’t suit some. Was nice to have some things like access to Netflix, jar of coffee/tea, dishwasher, microwave, basic cleaning products. Boiler broke on day 2 but owner sorted it fairly quickly - apparently happens regularly.

Big garden ( would be better if it was gated ) for our dog and lovely place to sit . Comfortable beds and sofa . Great shower . Area very quiet. Parking bay for each flat . Quick response from owner by WhatsApp .

Flat needs a little TLC. Lots of marks on the walls which need painting over or cleaning . 3 issues in the bathroom. Dirty fan , missing toilet flush rim and damage to sink unit. Not big jobs but not getting done as previous guests have also written a review on this . Needs a deep clean , empty crisp packet on top of cupboard, dirty behind sofa and things in bedroom draws ( surprisingly a gas canister ) . Blinds need new cords to open and close them as they are broken .
