"Convenient for our location but lacked attention to detail."

Modern, convenient for our weekend away

It would have been good to have a toilet seat that didn’t need securing in place each morning to stop it moving around when it was sat upon, and a second screw hole and screw to hold the toilet roll holder horizontal rather than just hanging from one screw.

"Short stay"

Space and clean and clear appartment. Great location, close to a sainsburys and other local shops. The information folder was handy also.

That somebody came in during our stay and removed lightbulbs from lamp in our room whilst we weren't there. Otherwise really happy.

The bathroom radiator wouldn't turn off and was super hot to touch.

"Convenient location but needs repairs and a proper clean including outside."

Easy ground floor access and open plan lounge diner were good for someone with restricted mobility. Good sized fridge freezer and useful fan on stand.

Overall standard of cleanliness and repair disappointing. e.g. Loose toilet seat. Toilet not clean, kitchen floor dirty along edges, floor edge strip missing into bathroom leaving rough edge. Outside table green with algae and stitching loose on outdoor chairs, numerous cigarette butts at back and one on decking. Be aware - five properties in one building. Back garden has open access on both sides of property with cleaner’s shed and numerous bins at end of garden. Noisy upstairs for first night with furniture being moved around frequently and late. Insufficient bedding provided for number of people booked.

"Great location, property needs looking after"

Location

Floor, skirting boards and underneath fixtures not cleaned. Had to buy batteries for remote controls Few dents and marked paint on paint work, toilet seat broken.

Excellent location. Amenties close by including supermarket, petrol station & takeaways. Property had everything we could need. Liked the patio doors out into the garden area. Own parking space allocated tp each flat was good. Ideal property for a family to stay. 10minutes to Oxford & 1 hour to London.
