High End 1 BR Apt, 2 Beds Desirable Chigwell CHCL F3

Very nice property, clean and well kept. Has all the amenities and lovely bedroom. This is my second time staying here and will be sure to come back again.

Nice apartment.

I stayed there between the 23rd & 25th of March, I had to send a £500 safety deposit just incase anything was broken etc. They promised me my £500 refund after 12 business days, it’s been 14 business days & still no refund. Do not book with these people as they try keeping your money, I’ve been in contact with the bank for a charge back as they’re HOLDING MY MONEY. When I dropped off the room key & garage fob there was also another bloke there trying to find the key for his “room” I asked him what room are you staying in & he said 3 that was also the room I stayed in & asked me for the key before I put it in the box. You can get fined if keys go missing and I’m pretty sure that’s what would’ve happened to me if I didn’t put it in the box & tell this person to get it out himself. Be careful if you book here & took as many photos as you can (arriving, leaving, keys so on) They’ll try keeping your money or hit you with something they’ve got to “investigate” which is all a load of sh*t Moral of the story they ain’t a trustworthy company & I’d never book with them ever again.

Great location and near all amenities. Flat was clean and tidy and well equipped with everything .

Sofa bed is not comfortable at all and should be replaced . Also charged an extra £500 deposit which was unexpected as had already paid for the apartment .

It’s was beautiful the place was clean and cosy was a lovely staycation with my friends

Very well finished property and clean

Fabulous Bosch dishwasher, but nothing to put in it! Only 2 mugs, 3 plates (one chipped). Loads of cupboards in kitchen, but lack of things in them. Parking is the downfall. Couldn’t get on drive one evening as one of the guests had about 5 cars on the drive. Had to park some way away, which is not great when you have a bad back. Contacted owners to complain and they told me where I can access garage key. They should have done that in the first place!
