Saltburn is a lovely little seaside town. The flat was in a good situation

The flat was dirty. Had to clean the shower before we could use it. The carpets are filthy and the windows very dirty at the front and the back. Really bad damp smell in bathroom.. Bins haven't been emptied for weeks

The inside was 5 Star. Well equipped and very comfortable.

The outside seating area was like a rubbish tip. The paving slabs uneven and causing a trip hazard. With weeds growing through at over 1m high and building materials were stacked against the wall . The outside of the windows were filthy. I consider that seating area. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and should be removed from your advertising . We deserve a refund having lost part of the facility. When we arrived we entered the property from the rear and found both the bedroom and kitchen windows open and a bunch of keys ,in full view on the kitchen window cill. I was able to reach in and take the keys and open the back door. I was told by one of your staff that the owner looks after the outside. Which clearly is not being tended too. I look forward to your response to this important matter.

Location, location, location ! Decor, furnishings and all kitchen equipment excellent. More spacious jab expected. Car parking. Dogs welcome.

Didn't actually dislike anything but the patio/garden space needs some tlc.

Lovely wee town, nice shops, bars and restaurants. 2 minutes and 175 stairs down to the beach, 175 stairs back up too. We really had a wonderful time.

175 stairs up from the beach, especially after a meal and a few drinks in The Ship Inn. 🤣

good location very clean inside good size bathroom,

outside bin could do with being emptied absolutely full to the brim had to leave our waste in the kitchen bin as there was nowhere to put it. as mentioned previously by other customers, also the windows back and front need washing as really filthy , bedroom window is very very dirty this lets a good property down

A lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. In a perfect location, beach one end of the road and bars and restaurants the other. We had a fabulous 9 relaxing days.

Garden needs tidying up. A few small things need attention, more coat hangers and a clock would be good.
