Wembley, Cosy 2 Bed Apa, Next to the park

Was a very good location for Wembley, very comfortable and clean

The steps to the front door are steep could use a hand rail and there was no toaster

I like leaving the property it was disgusting

Mould on ceiling, dirty floors (feet were black after walking around for 1 hour). Fridge dirty, microwave dirty. Food crumbs and food in cutlery drawer, spilled food down cupboards, plug sockets hanging off, nails sticking out from woodwork. Thick coated dust everywhere. Dirty sock left under bed. Windows hardly worked. Parking not great. Left 2 days early and booked somewhere cleaner. Host will not respond to booking. Com so very much out of pocket. DO NOT BOOK. Can only add 4 photos to sum this up.

Location

Flooring not finished on steps, between bathroom and passage. DBL bed mattress is old and uncomfortable. Is 2 bedroom, yet only 2 mugs, 2 teaspoons etc, so not enough if more than 2 people. MOULD on ceiling in Bathroom.

Nothing

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. We arrived expecting a safe and clean property but instead found significant mould and conditions that made us feel unable to stay. We left within an hour and had to find emergency alternative accommodation late at night. The most upsetting part was that we were travelling with a young child and did not feel the environment was safe to remain in. We documented everything with photographs and contacted the property and Booking.com immediately. All that we were offered is a £34 refund, out of the £344 we paid for 3 nights! Absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend this accommodation to others - if I could give it less than 1 star I would!

This property is a SCAM AND SO IS THE OWNER

IT WAS THICK BLACK MOULD AND THE FILTHIEST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN, had to book emergency accommodation and explained to owner it was unsuitable and unsafe for me and my one year old to stay. Do NOT book as the owner said he would refund me majority of the money back and never did. Booking.com customer service was appalling too all they kept saying was we will be back in touch in 48hours and i had to chase them serval times for them to say there’s nothing they can do

The beds were comfortable

The property was visibly dirty and there was even a tablet on the fireplace. Poor communication from host

El alojamiento en general estaba bastante bien en relación calidad/precio. El colchón de la habitación pequeña muy cómodo. Y para las 5 personas que éramos también bien. Zona tranquila

Mucha humedad en el baño. En una de las habitaciones haría falta algún store para que no entre la luz, ya que te despiertas enseguida. Y después el sofá-cama había una parte que se salía y lo tuvimos que sujetar con sillas
