River location which had a great view with entertaining groundhogs. Well equipped kitchen.

It needed more than a loveseat in the living room. Only 2 people can comfortably sit there. The beds were rather soft.

The place was easy to walk to and very comfortable. It slept 5 of us easily. The river was beautiful and it was fun seeing geese and a groundhog every day!

Great location right on the river! Watching the commerce on the river and Rail! Covered parking was a real plus!

This is a full two bedroom, two bath condo. If you can't find the second bath - it's behind the front door! Lol. It was very clean upon our arrival. The patio overlooking the river is the best feature of this place! Very serene and peaceful. The location of the property was exceptional - very short car ride from downtown (less than 5 mins). It is also about a 10 min walk to restaurants in Germantown (or a short car ride). There's not a lot of street parking in Germantown, so we found it easier to walk to those restaurants. There is plenty of covered parking at the condo, so we never had an issue getting a spot. The condo is located on the first floor, so it's easy for anyone who might have mobility/stair challenges. You are in a large condo complex with neighbors above you. We occasionally heard people walking around, but never heard more than that. The condo has a small, full kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. There are a few pots and pans and basics. As two single women, we felt safe the entire time we were there, including walking up to the restaurants. Overall, this is a great spot if you are visiting downtown Nashville.

The condo interior is a bit dated and could use a refresh. Although the condo itself was very clean for our stay, the bedroom carpets are stained and need to be replaced. As other reviewers have mentioned, it needs additional furniture to really make it livable for more than 2 people. I would recommend the owners add another loveseat in the living room so that 4 people can comfortably sit. The back bedroom would also benefit from bedside tables and lamps. It would also be nice to have an extension cord near the head of the bed to plug in phone chargers. We also found it odd that both toilets are off-level/tilted, but workable. Otherwise, the place was fine. We did have one question for the owner while we were there and tried to call and text them. We left a VM but never heard back. It wasn't critical, but it would have been nice to at least know that they had received our message. The biggest selling points are the location and the views of the river, so those still outweigh some of the negatives.

Location was ok, pretty close to sights in Nashville and free parking for the car

Construction around the property, toilet in hall flush was deafening, elliptical in gym didn’t work and more weights would have been nice

The location was awesome! The place was a bit industrial from the outside ( like a prison), but the place was roomy, and the kitchen was nice.

The walls and ceiling are paper thin! The first few days were peaceful until people checked in upstairs. The sound of people walking, running, and stomping constantly was almost unbearable. It made it hard to sleep. As a former builder, the interior walls and floors are beyond minimum and provide absolutely no sound barriers. Also, there was absolutely horrible water pressure. Lastly, the couch smelled like a sweaty t-shirt. So the location was a 10. The furnishings were a 7-8. The noise factor 1, water pressure 2, and the value 7.
