Walk to Broadway! 2BR2BATH Condo, Sleeps 6, Pool

The inside of the condo was clean, roomy, well kept and very nice. The beds were very comfortable.

Didn’t love the location. While it is walkable to broadway, the area you have to walk is not the best. We ended up taking Ubers all the time which cost more than we were planning for. Outside deck was with covered with cob webs so we really couldn’t sit outside. Also, bc it’s right on the river, you can really sit outside at night anyway bc of the mosquitoes.

Property is missing second couch from living room as shown in pictures. Main light in king bedroom did not work - we were told cleaning staff discovered it but it was in another review from a month ago and the fixture did not appear wired to work. For a long stay, the dim lighting from the nightstand lamps was frustrating. The bed in that room is very squeaky. Upon arrival, a large spider and spiderweb was inside in front of the slider door as if it had not just been cleaned prior to our arrival. The porch was completely unusable due to dozens of spiderwebs, one of which was directly in front of the slider door on the other side. One of the toilets made an incredibly loud and long noise when flushed. The upstairs unit appears to be another rental and can be noisy.

Place was very clean and cozy. In a great location snack in the middle of downtown. Great place to stay for a few days or an extended period of time. Thank you!

Having everything close and just having to call Uber and we were on. Broadway and Honky-tonk Loved our location Will definitely recommend to my friends and family

Not having literature on where to find convenient stores. Having wrong bedding on the beds .And finding filter in coffee maker growing mold..

This condo was so perfect for us! We are 2 couples and a hotel was $750 each room per stay, and this condo was $850 total. Such a great deal. The condo was exactly as described; easy parking, easy door lock, clean, super comfy beds, nicely decorated, great shower pressure/temp, beautiful views, great location to Broadway. Thank you so much for your great hospitality and we hope to be back again someday!
