The unit is nice. Location great.

If you are a light sleeper or don’t like being woke up at 5 am then you might look around elsewhere. Not the property owners fault, but whoever lives or is staying in the unit above was extremely loud. Around 4:30 am or so every morning these folks would come in, presumably from a service industry job, or maybe from driving a cab all night considering the taxi that was parked out front, and literally stomp around for a couple hours. It sounded like a herd of buffalo upstairs tbh. At one point one of our party was literally yelling upstairs at them to stop stomping around. Besides that place was fine.

The location was very good close to downtown. We did Lyft instead of walking and it was perfect.

Kinda old building and we could hear walking above us. Toilet was very loud in guest bath
