Beds where very comfy, loved the outbuilding, was very quaint and cosy. The location was very good too, local deli, shop and convenient store, what more could you need.

Personally we found the stairs quite steep in the cottage and surprised there was no rail on the right side. The steps coming from the car park were quite uneven too and that rail was hard to grip your hand around.

It was quaint, nicely decorated and centrally located. The owner had also thoughtfully left us milk for our cuppa

The owner does mention steep stairs and road proximity, but we were still surprised at the severity of both. We live in an 1860s property next to the road so already experience both daily and assumed it would be similar. But the angle of the stairs and road noise were far more and did affect our enjoyment of our stay

It was clean and well equipped. In a great spot. Very comfortable. The WiFi was good too.

A lovely property, clean and well presented. The beds were super comfortable and we both slept well. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Excellent location in the centre of town.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

In the centre of the town. Very close to lovely shops, points of interest and the parking area. Very comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Very nice pubs and restaurants locally and within walking distance of Petworth Hall and the dark sky points in the National Park.

Very steep narrow stairs. Lounge fine for the three of us but would be cramped for four people.

Excellent location Comfortable and really well appointed- beautiful bedroom furnishings Can imagine that the garden room really comes into its own in the warm / dry weather

Proximity to the road means that the traffic noise is a bit tricky for sleeping in the master bedroom

We loved the patio space and little glassed in area for dining there. The house offers all the amenities in a very small space.

The stairs can be a challenge but also adds to the fun. We had a little trouble finding the parking area and thus entrance to the property. But directions for getting in and out were great.

Easy to relax. Excellent parking.

A wardrobe would have been great. None of the windows were lockable. The landlady needs to check her insurance- most if not all policies demand this otherwise she is she is not insured.

Good location, very clean, comfy bed and good communication from host.
