Location good and parking convenient but challenging frequently getting the free 1 hour tickets. Ketchen well quipped.

Bedding too warm fro summer. Stairs difficult (Im 82). Codes ot get into house and garden not easy and need torch after dark. I dont know how 4 people would cope with dining here - very restricted space! Instruction for use generally good. Eating out need to mention Badgers where I generally eat.

Comfy beds, good bathroom, comfy garden and summerhouse facilities. Location was good. Cosy feel

It's a noisy location in my opinion which was a shame. Some soundproofing is in place but some of the windows don't exactly close 100% to activate or produce the sound sealing which would make a significant difference with a bit of tlc. Stairs are very steep, they are manageable with care but in my opinion they require anti slip painti on the boards.

What an amazing property , great value love the decor and all the quirky little bits, it was an amazing experience, if I ever need somewhere in this area I will be back to this property

It was as it was described and comfortable with all we needed to enjoy our stay

There is road noise but to be expected.

Although the property is compact and bijoux, everything has been designed to make the most of the space. The kitchen is very well-equipped for self-catering purposes. The garden room is really lovely and makes a relaxed and comfortable space in which to eat. The bathroom is beautiful and well laid out

There's nothing about this special little house not to like - although the stairs do take time to get used to due to their steepness and narrowness of tread.
