We were unable to access the property due to poor customer service and communication

That we couldn’t access it and ended up booking elsewhere for the weekend

I liked the view from the window, for me as a driver was so good to know that if I need I can check my car at all time to make sure it's safe.

The phone call that you have it on booking.com it's useless, I called more than 5 times and no one responded to it. The room that was next to us they had a party up to 04:00AM, we couldn't sleep because of them, and when we were trying to call guess what, no one picked up the phone. I started knocking on the door saying that if they are not going to stop I'm colling police. Very poor customer service from the owners.

Clean property, space was just right and as advertised in images. The location is great as it’s only walking distance from numerous supermarkets and food places and about half hour walk to Anfield stadium, which is handy!
