clean tidy comfortable, easy checkin.

lack of utensils in the kitchen. there were only 2 cups and 2 plates. no glasses, no cutlery, no bowls and no kettle.

Convenient location, good parking and easy undisturbed acclimation

Only half a toilet roll left, no cups to have a drink of water or coffee with the kettle and coffee that’s there. No where to hang coats

The corridors were clean and nicer than the room

We arrived late and couldn’t inform anyone but our room was disgustingly dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The floor on the bathroom was filthy and the whole room felt older than the pics and unclean. I had booked this as a treat for me and my partner but felt embarrassed when we got there.

Bed was very very comfy, plenty space, good lighting, warm and the shower was good

WiFi wasn’t very good ended up hot spotting, no cutlery or plates so was difficult to eat food

Nothing much the location was ok

Didn't end up staying was horrendous ,no kettle, no toaster, no cutlery ,no crockery .Stained towels, a broken blind in the bathroom. I couldn't let me and the wife stay there  so we had to  book into a Travelodge in the city centre city centre at 10 at night. It was  very stressful. Also poor communication when asking for a refund ,would expect better ,horrible experience, I  wouldn't recommend to anyone. £180 for 2 nights,what a joke.Now I'm not sure whether to ever use booking.com again.The apartment looked like a great place  on the pictures, but was an absolute mess when we arrived.
