Bedding and bed was new

Found toilet dirty , cigarette end on floor and freezer totally iced up , radiator only gets like warm and is noisy , NOT an apart/hotel , student accommodation being used as such. Disappointed and would have walked out if possible, no staff on site . No cutlery or crockery except 2 cups, no milk sachets so couldn’t even have a brew , 1/2 a loo roll so wipe sparingly!

Good location as we were going to hot water comedy club which wasn’t far (we go regularly but don’t usually stay over). Nice modern, clean apartment, very spacious, very cosy comfortable bed. Will definitely be returning & recommending to friends who go to hwcc.

If i had to nit pick, the apartment had a small kitchenette, but no kettle or mugs. Other than that it’s perfect.

Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Very spacious, clean, great location and very accommodating host. We have a welcome drink as well and has also been checking if we need anything else which is a sign of a great hospitality. Definitely we will be using No 27 Liverpool and we will inform my friends about this accommodation. Highly recommended *****

Maybe a table and chairs for the kitchen, glasses and cutleries in case guests are ordering food from outside. Other than that it’s perfect for a weekend getaway.

Very clean

Hi place was lovely but no cutlery or cleaning stuff for plates lights to bright no ambients so needs a small lamp

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable

Unfortunately there was no toilet roll in bathroom, shower did not work
