Clean to an acceptable standard and very convenient

Bad sound proofing , you can hear everything that’s going on in the other rooms such as footsteps, doors opening and closing, and unfortunately for me, an argument, which makes it a bit difficult to get to sleep The bathroom could also do with a bin

This is a place to lay your head down, it is quite large, it has a small kitchenette in the room, was clean. This place is better than many hotels in Liverpool. We recommend!

Modern, spacious, very clean, easy to park!

Would have benefited from a bedside lamp and a larger TV.

It was close to where we needed to be and quiet.

They had forgotten to leave any towels out for us, we had to resort to using the bedding to dry ourselves with. The blind was broken, the radiator badly needed bleeding - so didn’t heat the room at all, no drinking glasses, the room layout was depressing, and no-one to speak to about any of this.

Nothing. Its the worst place I've ever Stayed!

No sofa, no cooker, no utensils, no cups, no plates. Microwave didnt work. Filthy. It was like staying in a prison cell. I'll be taking the photos to the ombudsman for a refund

Price was good, and a really nice touch with free wine/beer in the evening. In essence, good “crash” place. Would stay again. Might not suit everyone but ideal for football nights.

Apartment very bare. Would have liked a few nice/easy touches (things like bins/bin bags, cutlery in room, for rubbish, kitchen rolls, cleaning sponges etc to help keep room tidy for owner as much as myself to life in. Could make it feel a little more homely without too much trouble. The location is a very dark area at night. Not much street lighting.
