Edgy 4 Bed Home

The property was spacious which was ideal with 4 little children it was so close only a 10 minute nice walk to the strain station

There wasunt anything wrong was a nice and comfortable stay

The place was very dirty, also Very inconvenient and also the beds were stained well as there was bed bugs and dust as well got dust allergy will not recommend on staying here

It was close to the university

The beds were small. Not enough bords, glasses, cups, forks… for 8 people. There was still trash and order stuff from the previous renters. There was no dining table for 8 people. And the front door was really hard to open.

The bedrooms were set out nicely, bedding was clean, not keen on having to go through the kitchen for a shower or toilet though.

The floor was dirty, we take our shoes off indoors and our socks were sticking to the floor, the rug in the lounge was covered in stains, there were only two coffee cups in the kitchen, the smell from the bins in the alley at the side infiltrates the house through the vents.🤢 we booked 2 nights but only stayed one night due to the smell and dirty floor.

The holiday was a big mess up and made our experience and weekend uncomfortable

as we arrived there was already occupants in the house I booked so I had to drive another 30 minutes to another house on arrival. The keys were hard to locate. There was no off-road parking and the house the area itself was very rough was untidy and unclean covered in dust and cobwebs felt very uncomfortable. Well leaving the property on our leave date up an hour early and demanded us to vacate the property and was highly rude and felt very threatened I’m seeking a full refund

It was an okay stay for our 2 day stay for visiting Alton Towers ,

Lack of communication with the host , if we couldn't of got in to the lock box for the keys we wouldn't of had anywhere to stay for 2 days because of the poor communication. The host said that a parking permit was available but when we arrived we couldn't locate it and although we sent 2 or 3 emails to the host they didn't come back to us until after we had left and my husband had to get up before the parking restrictions can in to action to move the car to a local carpark at an additional expense. We also didn't have any heating downstairs .
