Nothing at all

The dirty cutely, hole in the wall causing a draft. Mould and damp next to the bathroom. Rats scratching in the loft and cavity walls late at night. Complaint put in and been dealt with absolutely terribly, 7 weeks down the line and still no further along with the complaint just keep getting fobbed off by letting agent. This cost us £210 and we couldn’t wait to leave.

"Comfortable property, good value for money that suited our purpose but not a particular nice area."

It was clean, newly decorated with new carpets and beds were comfortable with good quality furnishings.

One one toilet and shower and not enough cutlery and crockery. 4 plates, knives, forks and spoons are not enough for 5 people and definitely not 8 people

"Superb"

The house was very comfortable. Four very nice designed, modern bedrooms with very cosy beds. We all had a great few nights sleep. Great spacious kitchen with all the essentials. Private parking space (permit provided). Good location, close to the local shops, beautiful park just around the corner ,close to outlets, and 30 min drive to Alton Towers. The host was very friendly and helpful, answering all messages in no time, taking extra time to solve any issues. Very pleasant stay and great value for money. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you for having us ❤️

There is only one toilet in the house. There were only 5 of us(2 adults and 3 children), but for larger families, it could be an issue. The outdoor space looked a bit dodgy, but we just kept our blinds down. The WiFi is not the greatest, couldn't connect to Netflix on TV, but the freeview is available.
