very clean house and smooth check in . good location and good value for money. only gripe which is more down to preference is if it had a table and chairs for the garden. but would definitely stay again.

No welcome booklet. Filthy kitchen. No tea towel, no teaspoons, cutlery tray was filthy and sticky, as was the hob. Fridge was dirty and had a black hair in it when we opened it. There is a serious case of damp in the property, evidence of this on the back wall by the bathroom, where the plaster is blowing. This gave the house a very bad lingering smell. Front door was extremely hard to open/shut but did lock. Requested heating code from agent but got no reply, we were cold. Booked for 2 nights, but only stayed one night due to the many issues. Early morning we could hear either Rats/Mice scuttling around in the loft. A large hole in the kitchen wall, plus a wire sticking out above back kitchen internal door. We sent messages to host/agent, but have not received any form of communication from them! Non existent customer service other than automated messages from the robot.

Good place for a family to be together. Spacious and modern.

The rats gnawing during the night. Smell of sewage. Damp. The location - all houses on street for sale or to let. This was off putting.

The street and only 1 permit for 2 cars and very limited parking on road. Very strong smell of damp in the house worse in front bedroom downstairs Kitchen was very dirty Lots of jobs not finished off in kitchen Garden not finished off and looked awful state Thought the messaging from company was quite rude and direct throughout stay

I got a ticket for parking right next to the house, which is not fair because where I rent there should be free parking
