The pictures are very deceiving as they show all the apartments together in the building rather than the one you actually book. There were 210 steep steps to top floor apartment so be careful, wouldn’t do for anybody unfit. There is no cooking facilities and only a wine fridge. The bed is very small and the apartment is cramped- we had leaking windows when it rained. Not an apartment if you want comfort but location is brilliant.

location was perfect, apartment spacious and clean. kitchen / living area had everything we needed.

The location of the property is fantastic. The only downside to our apartment is that it was the 4th floor with no lift

Mirror on bathroom wall fell off (we fixed it back on) Lock on the inside of the apartment would not lock. Floors dirty and stains on chairs. It was extremely hot even with the broken fan provided we could not sit in the apartment or sleep in the evening. Iron chipped. Hairdryer clogged with dust. There was no door to the bedroom, so it was possible people could see through the huge window of the living room through to the bedroom. Only one coffee/tea satches provided. For what we paid for this property, it definitely wasn't worth the price. very disappointed.

Great location in the city center and comfortable sofa and bed was soft, very comfortable, it’s very good for the price.

Couple of the down stairs walls could do with a repaint and I’d like a more powerful shower but that might just be me

The decor and furnishings

Damp! Musty bedding- dehumidifier constantly running in the windowless kitchen was unacceptable

The decor and quality of the bathroom / bedroom was really good Bed was very comfy. Big space, which was good with 2 children. Location is very central and that was good. However, see below for issues linked to location

The TVs were both intermittent with their WIFI connection or general operating system function. Small detail in TV controller for one TV not working, tried changing batteries over but that didn't fix it. Appears the controller may have been broken previously. Many people wouldn't be bothered, but the TV should've been an easy appliance to have for our children during the morning and it was just a pain. Kitchen - the damp smell is very apparent, which I had read about, but had expected it to be dealt with. This just became an area for us to avoid, but with 2 small children we needed to use it for storing some essential food / drink items. Not sure if it's a drain type smell, but something isn't right in there. 2nd bed not prepared for us, despite making it clear in the booking how many of us there were staying in the accommodation. Whilst the accommodation states there is no parking, access to the area to drop off bags is restricted, this made it hard work with 2 small children and wasn't clear when booking. I didn't have an issue with parking elsewhere, but was lucky that we arrived after 6pm to be allowed access to the street via car. Location being noisy isn't something the venue can control, but we were unlucky that one of the shops burglar alarms went off around 11pm for about an hour.

The central location , it was good but access to unload luggage from the car was restricted. The property is located in a busy area with plenty of shops and amenities nearby , but quiet , with no noise disturbance. The apartment is clean , really well decorated and presented. Excellent shower and toilet
