Beautiful apartment, central location would deffinatley stay here again

Would not recommend for a romantic getaway. The apartment room was very spacious and felt like a home. Lovely living room and bedroom! They have kitchen facilities but no oven gloves or tea towel even though it requires you washing your things up before you leave so I’d recommend to bring them. The cupboards are full of dust and crumbs and I don’t think the cleaner even makes an effort to check. There’s a bad smell throughout the building and apartment as if the drains have gone and to top it off there was a lovely photo opportunity they have near the entrance of a bath full of gold balls (pic attached) which I went to take a pic at only for their to be literal strong, smelly urine in there which ruined my outfit and anniversary. Disgusting. Sent them a message and they apologised but offered nothing to resolve so would not recommend visiting during the week after all the drunks have peed everywhere.

Location for a visit to York was perfect, bang in the centre

The property is new and well appointed, bed was really comfy with fluffy pillows. It’s in a central location surrounded by cafes and shops so you can walk just about anywhere. The heated floors in the bathroom made for a nice touch too!

There stairs to access the unit were brutal with two large suitcases - if you have mobility problems I would not recommend this place. The nearest parking was about 8 minutes away and not particularly cheap. Whilst the bathroom was beautiful and new, no shower screen meant the floor got soaked every time we showered. A few minor improvements would go a long way.

The bathroom was nice, very central location in York. You are RIGHT in the middle of the city which can be good or bad depending on your needs. Nicely decorated, big bed.

Our main complaint was the noise, there is clearly a club or party venue attached to this hotel, we could hear thumping all night until about 4am when it was turned off. Even with earplugs you could feel the bass through your pillow. There was a layer of dust over the surfaces which made me concerned over the levels of cleanliness.
