Location is exceptional and the facilities were as advertised. The communication form the owners was excellent from point of booking to departure.

Nothing, the only downside was the weather but we can't hold anything account for that.

Everything the place is lovely only down fall is the 70+ stairs to get to it after a hard day's walking but that's nothing it was great

We liked the overall appearance of the place , the bed was comfortable, and the location was accessible to many places in york

We were not given the information of the room we were staying in, such as which room it was or the code to unlock the room door. When we walked in, the place was visibly dirty with cobwebs on the ceiling and dust around the whole apartment. The television in the living room area did not work, even when switching the batteries in the remote with working batteries and using the on/off button on the television itself. In regards to the shower, the dial to turn it off and on and also the temperature dial was not accessible unless you walked out of the shower to change the temperature. After turning off the shower, the water would not stop running for at least 10 minutes after being turned off fully, and the temperature dial was the opposite way around, where the indication for hot water was in fact cold water and vice versa.

Perfect location and absolutely beautifully designed and decorated. Great communication up to check-in, lovely staff to deal with.

It is a minor point, but it was a little bit cold in the apartment. But really minor point in an otherwise perfect stay.
