Staff were lovely, very helpful. couldn’t fault them.

The building has no heating. There are electric blankets, but it’s inconvenient to have to get into bed to warm up! Freezing cold in the room.

The location is near Mall road.

The facilities, the bathroom, the cleanliness were not upto mark. The have taken all of the payment in advance but didn't provide the services matchin the cost.

First of all decoration, room arrangement, basic requirements, bathroom everything was very satisfactory. Thpugh it was very cold, near 3 degrees, we still felt comfortable inside the room. Staff of the hotel were very friendly helpful and kind. Third thing is it's prime location. Mall is just a few minutes walk away, kunga, dekevas, noryang, subway all were just few minutes away. One of best places to stay at Darjeeling

Only two: 1. There was no lift😢. 2. We felt the hotel was understaffed according to its capacity

Tiny room, no place to hang / keep even a single cloth, no place to keep my bag, only one plug point which works for the kettle, electric blanket, phone charger.

Great location, heated blanket, staff were very helpful and friendly

Other than the heated blanket, there was no heating in the building so quite cold in the winter

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and polite. The best thing is the location of the hotel, just 100 m from the mall road.

No breakfast buffet available at the property. You have to place order for breakfast from the room and it will be delivered to the room.
