The room was very spacious and clean.We were provided the ground floor...which was very easily accesible.The staff was very polite,cooperative and courteous.The location of the property is also very approchable to the Mall Road.All in all a very pleasant experience of staying and is thys highly recommended.

Window in the bathroom was not closing properly. One light was not working properly. The sockets are too tight, we had to insert charger forcefully. Overall except location this hotel is overhyped.

The staff and location were ideal. The staff were very helpful and would give You more complimentary coffee/teabags on request. Also we were able to leave our luggage their while we trekked to Sandakphu without charge.

The windows didn't close to keep out the extremely loud street noise which kept you awake throughout the night.

The hotel was great!! The staff were super friendly and hospitable. The person at reception Elsa made sure our stay was very comfortable.

The room on the first floor was very humid, smelly and noisy. Breakfast was served very late. I was entitled to a reward for this trip, but the hotel cancelled our stay. We stayed here and paid full amount but they just cancelled the booking after we left! I still can leave the review. I don’t know how. Maybe some bug in the booking.com system. You can see that it was cancelled in the photo I attached. I was very angry. I tried contacting the hotel. They ignored me. After a month, they texted to ask my visa details. Can you imagine? When I asked why they cancelled the booking, they stopped answering.
