No hot water noisy and very old run down rooms

Good not that bad. But these are like small lodges around Mall Road. They claim to be 3 star hotels but they are not . The staff were very polite and helpful. That’s all about this hotel.

Bath room. Rooms. It looks very good from outside. But from inside this hotel needs renovation

Horrible experience. The hotel was filthy, the bathroom dustbin in the room was not cleaned after previous resident, bathroom floor was stained with menstrual blood and there was not a drop of water (tap or drinking) in the entire hotel.

Staff service was excellent. It could be good if the breakfast served in the dinning room rather in room service.

Hot water and no room hitter.

Best location near Mall Road, car dropped you right in front, best room given, very supportive staff.

Its okay but room was old & lack of cleaning.
