The floor of the stairwell and the walls were very dirty. It could do with a good clean.

Good kitchen supplies

Difficult to adjust the temperature in the shower. Could have been useful with information about How the shower works beforehand since it was a bit tricky to figure out but other than that it was perfect!

"A well-equipped, clean room, which I would happily recommend, and which I hope to use again."

Breakfast is n/a here. Location in central Fort William is superb.

The only thing that I would have liked (and this is purely personal) is some drawers in order to be able to unpack.
