1 Bed Apt - Amazing Location 1 Block to Carson St

It was quiet and comfortable. Everything I wanted for a quick weekend get away.

Location. Enjoyed the neighborhood and hope to return to the Southside for more exploration.

Short drive to all of Pittsburgh’s top attractions and walking distance and easy access to the nightlife and restaurants on Carson Street in Southside Flats.

It could definitely use a few upgrades- the steps outside could use a paint job (they are no longer teal), there were holes in the walls, pretty beat up floorboards and dusty corners.

Good location, good place, good price! I liked it a whole bunch. It's clean, with a dishwasher, fridge and stove. Everything you will need for your trip. I recommend it.

The agreed upon check in time was 4:00 PM. I was texted the door code at 6:00 PM. I texted and emailed nick the owner a few days before my check in that I would not have access to email while I was in Pittsburgh ( I don't have a smart phone). Because of that, all communication would need to be through text or call. It all worked out, but if you need to keep to a schedule, this might not be the place for you.

For us, the location was the key factor, but the peaceful neighborhood was incredible.

The stairs are difficult with bags or at night.

We had a great stay; the host was very kind and the furniture very comfortable
