Nice location and nice staff. Very friendly. and the location was great. And we were able to get into the room a little early.

We booked a room on the 10th floor, 1 bedroom with an ocean view. When we got into the room, the AC in the bedroom was not working and could not be fixed right away. There was only a 2bedroom on the first floor with a street view. We did not need the 2 bedroom and paid for an ocean view. I cannot find a way to contact booking.com to request a partial refund.

We waited for the pool bar to open at 1 pm on Saturday but no one showed up.

Varios detalles, rente este lugar no tan barato por la vista, en la publicidad no se menciona que el rooftop está en mantenimiento, la sala estaba sucia y la conexión a internet no funcionaba. No pude trabajar, no pude aprovechar la vista y la sala estaba polveada. Realmente pague por la vista y no lo tuve. Sería bueno avisar antes de reservar.

Have to go two different elevators to get to units even those is one building… got confused for couples time … get stuck in elevator for 20 minutes on the rooftop floor

Basically nothing. This is the 5 time I’ve stayed in the building, but it is disgusting now.

It’s so sad. This building used to be so nice and it has turned into a complete cagadero. The condo I stayed in this time is basically stripped down to nothing. Even the shower handle was on the floor when I checked in. The elevators take about 10 minutes to arrive every time you use the main one. They can’t or won’t let you leave your bags with them if you arrive early or want to hang around town after check out. There were no paper towels or anything to eat with besides a package of 4 napkins. No floor mat (cool in most places but the flooring here isn’t ideal to be wet). Cheep dollar general art kept randomly falling of the walls. The other frames still had the paper that explains the frame in it. 😂 And they wouldn’t allow me to take a gym bag to the pool. Please save yourself and hard pass on this bote de basura. I honestly wonder what Taniel Chemsian would think about the complete lack of maintenance of this property.

there was no ocean view from the unit as listed. the view was from the rooftop. the ice maker did not work and we were told it was never connected. the shower leaked under the door onto the bathroom floor. maintenance crew came and recaulked but the drain itself does not slope. still not 100%. the bath mat was soaked upon our arrival, obviously from prior tenants trying to stop the water drainage from the shower. Basic amenities were minimal. For example 1 small roll of toilet paper for the week, no paper towels, or dish cloth to wipe counters/clean, lack of basic condiments-pepper,etc. Odd thing on locking the door from the inside. the key is needed at all times, thus creating a hazard should one need to get out quickly. Most disappointing is that we were told we would receive a 15% discount on our credit card for the inconvenience and it has been almost 4 weeks and the discount has not been received. We will not use booking again in our future.
