The apartment was great, very modern and clean. The pool is fantastic with plenty of room for everyone. The little shop underneath the minerva is a hidden gem full off great little gifts. The restaurant and bars in the square just across the road were brilliant especially Brian's Bar and El Karmen restaurant.

Everything was just like the pictures. Very well equipped (for example body shampoo, hair dryer, paper towels in the kitchen, salt and oil etc). Really appreciated the very sharp big knife! Good new pan. Pool facilities were good, sunbed rent 4€ and it was open 10:00-21:00 which was nice so you could go for a dip also later in the evening. We were unfortunate that the street was under construction so many parking spaces were unavailable, but we still managed to find street parking relatively easily around the Paloma Park (streets Av. Federica Garcia Lorca, Cam. del Prado and Av. de Rocio Jurado) and it was not a hard walk to the apartment. The beach was not too far, but walking back is uphill, for us it was fine and not too hard, but something to keep in mind. Many restaurants and bars around the apartment. Good supermarket (MAS) in the next street. Very good water pressure. The host answers relatively fast and we really appreciated that we were able to check in earlier. There is also a reception in the building so checking in and out was super easy and the people were very nice!

Mostly well cleaned, but the floors were a bit dirty (when walking around, some crumbs stuck to feet when we first got there) - it wasn’t that bad, but nevertheless something I noticed. The fridge was roomy, but it wasn’t very cold which was a bit disappointing because it was very hot outside and we would’ve preferred that our drinks were colder :) Wished there was a sponge to wash the dishes. As a couple would’ve preferred the bed to be a double bed, but we knew there were 2 single beds when we booked it. Keep in mind that if you need total darkness for sleeping, then there’s a little window in the kitchen to the corridor and the corridor lights are on at night (the balcony window curtains are very good though). There was no street noise during our stay, but the street was also under construction. The noise from the corridors can be heard well, but it was quiet during the night so all good. To sum up - nothing too big to ruin the stay, just some minor details.
