"Great location"

location, balcony, kitchen area

thin walls, we could hear everything from apartments next door. Better quality towels would have been nice. There was no blind on window in the kitchan area, so we couldn't shut out the light from the landing. The duvets were too small.

"Building works and thin walls spoiled my stay."

The apartment was modern and clean inside.

Two sepperate lots of building works inside the block from 8 a.m until 5 or 7pm daily. The owner was pre aware and I was not warned. I literally had to be out all day to avoid drilling and heavy hammering driving me mad. Eventually, I left two weeks early and flew home. Booking.com refunded me two weeks money, a credit to their service but I should have been pre warned by the owner who admitted he knew in advance of some works. Also the walls are super thin even by Spain standards with loud talking on mobiles through walls every night until at least midnight, one night until 4 A.M. Genuinely it was a nightmare stay sadly.

you could not swim in the pool, but get that it is out of season.

Great value for money. Stunning mountain view from the balcony. Air con was a bonus!!! Surprisingly spacious for a 2 bed apartment with a nice bathroom and powerful shower. Nice to have access to a pool area. Decor inside the apartment itself was nice

The Minerva complex was a bit dated, however the apartment itself was lovely. Walking down from the complex to the beach or marina was fine (all downhill) but that means it’s all uphill on the way back. We are two young and fit travellers so it didn’t impact our stay much (apart from a few blisters!), but just a heads up. The water at the complex was turned off on our last morning without warning, so we couldn’t shower before heading off on our journey home - not ideal but no fault of 429 apartment owners as this was a whole complex issue. Kitchen area needs a bit of TLC but has everything you need including a nice big fridge with freezer section. TV didn’t have any signal but again not an issue for us as we were barely in the room
