Perfect location. Extremely pleasant owner" to talk to."

Not as clean as other apartments/studios we've stayed in in the Minerva Block. The bathroom needed cleaning when we arrived. Only 1 set of towels,bed clothes,poor quality pillows, no cushions which left the couch unusable and extremely uncomfortable chairs on balcony leaving that unusable also. A kettle that was broken but when mentioned owner stated it was a "bit tricky" but didn't offer to change it. All in all at €964.28 one would expect all these issues should not exist.
