I loved the location! The room was clean and comfortable.

There was no WiFi and no parking. When I spoke to Mary, the lady in charge about the complaints, all she said that you can find parking. You shouldn't falsely advertise if you have wifi or free parking or parking at all. Parking on the side of the street is not free parking. I gave my complaints as soon as I got there to Mary by cell and Jeffrey by email. Nothing. At least a discount for the amount I was being charged😡 It was a hassle find a parking spot especially close. And I never got an answer for the wifi🤷🏽‍♂️ so what's the point 🤷🏽‍♂️. Great location but there service was garbage.

The property was located near several attractions and eateries.

Roaches, the Airbnb did not look like the pictures; the bed did not comfortably accommodate two people; the linens were stained; complimentary food items stored in cabinet with cleaning utensils; there was no iron; water pressure in shower was extremely low; the payment process seemed like a scam.

Location was great! Walking distance to great restaurants like Vino Mio and Buen Vecino

Not enough hot water to shower. Needs blackout curtains to stop the light from the street light directly in front of the windows from coming in. It was extremely bright and difficult to sleep
