It was a nice quit neighborhood and not far from everything. Very clean with plenty of cleaning supplies, extras towels and wash clothes.

Water temperature for shower could come out more.

It’s was just as advertised, no surprises, no bugs. The location is wonderful because it’s so close to everything, the airport, La placita, and Condado Beach are no more than 15 minutes away. We have already recommended this place to friends and family and we will book again. The most pleasant experience is Edwin the property manager, dealing with him is such a smooth experience he is just a text or phone call away!

Nice apartment in a quiet area. It was clean but not super clean. Check in time said 3 we wanted to check in at 4 but the staff was still cleaning… Check in worked out just fine.

The owner was friendly. The fridge was big. Good AC. The towels were very soft.

Bed is too small for 2 adults. Additionally when one person moves, the other one almost gets launched out of the bed. The water in the shower is lukewarm at the very best & the shower doesn’t drain properly. The WiFi was slow. TV wasn’t working properly cause there were always connectivity problems. The worst part was probably the noisy neighbours (and dog that barks and runs towards everyone that walks by on the street); we stayed for four nights & 3 of those nights the neighbours had a party out on the street. They were shouting & playing loud music, the owner of the property was at the party too and didn’t take us staying in his place into account at all, even past midnight. Additionally the room could do with some blackout curtains cause the light does not get blocked with the privacy curtains that are currently installed.
