Very good AC, spacious room.

WiFi too slow, the shower need more water pressure.

The place was comfortable and was near where I needed to be. It's a working-class neighborhood, but easy to get in and out taking into consideration parking hassles in San Juan. The manager was extremely helpful,

The tv was not connected. Had to ask neighbor once to move their car so I could park. I was not able to pay with American Express.

Excellent facilities, if you're looking for a place to spend the night after a concert at the choliseo, this is an excellent place to do it, and if you're lucky as I was you can enjoy the music and the amenities of las fiestas de la placita at la placita roosvelt...

Not much, things that are normal of a crowded place as living at downtown near a placita as this place is

We really liked this place the location was great parking at first was confusing but the owner talked to us right away and was fine lol the only thing that sucked was the water pressure and it was cold for a while before it got warm it was more like a drip in the shower so we would wash our body and then have to wash our hair in the kitchen sink but other than that it was great it was cozy and clean we even seen the rosters and chickens and cats walking down the street together lol super kool if I do say so lol I would definitely stay here again just hope the water pressure and hotness will be better lol definitely will be back !

Quiet place. Kitchen equiped with everithing needed for a stay. Feels like home, had a nice sleep.

Everything was clean and the owner was available to answer my questions.

The person I traveled with the only problem. Otherwise I have no complaints.
