Excellent location, quiet except the birds!,,,not fancy but had everything we needed Had a family of 4 with 2 older children 19,21. Was such a walkable location- the area was nice and only a 10-15 minute walk to the castle and the royal mile( I may underestimate a bit because my daughter walks fast!) remember Edinburg is a city with hills We didn’t cook other than microwave but kitchen seemed to have everything Also short walk to both a Tesco and a larger grocery store Had a small issue with the bathroom (was fixed)and the host was very responsive.

Bed in bedroom was fine, I loved it but very firm- so may not be for some The couch in the living room can convert to 3 twin beds/mats. Would be perfect for younger children but togher for adults—my kids found it a bit uncomfortable but still doable. Is a walk up—I didn’t mind but good to know for some

Location was great, a short walk to restaurants for breakfast and supermarkets. Also walkable to Victoria Street and the Castle. Host was responsive as we arrived late, no problem with late access as you retrieve key from lock box. Very convenient and safe location.

Cute apartment in a great location. It was clean and stylish, and everything worked. The hosts were very responsive when I had a question.

The bed was on the firm side, which I loved, but it won't be for everyone. There was some building work going on in an adjacent building, so I kept the blinds on that side down during the day for privacy, but it wasn't a huge issue.

Lovely place. The hosts were very friendly and stayed in touch to make sure we didn't need anything.
