"Lovely quirky rooms right in the heart of the village"

Lovely decor, located right on the Main Street handy to bars and cafes, perfect if you don’t go to bed early

As there is no reception we couldn’t stash our bags to explore the area. (We travelled by train)

"Wonderful overnight escape in Emsworth."

Fantastic location next to the wonderful JJ’s where we have eaten meals on previous occasions. Minutes from the sea and old Emsworth, yet quiet overnight. Room decor was fabulous and the King Size bed really comfortable, the ensuite was spacious. A fan was available which was fantastic. Easy access. Owners responded immediately.
