The location was great.

We had no idea how to gain access. I had a key code for a box on the wall, this was 4 digits, the box locks were 3 digits. My calls were not answered, eventually someone called me and said I was already booked in! She said she would call the owner who was away. She could not get a reply from the owner, eventually suggesting we look for keys in the box! I explained we have not been given a code. She gave us a code and our keys were there. The rooms were "style over content" too hot to sleep in. One room had an ineffectual fan, the other room did not. We did not know how to check out so simply left the keys in our rooms. I understand that this "hotel" is trying to be bohemian and quirky, but our stay was spoiled by the disorganisation and lack of anyone to speak to.

Need more mirrors for us ladies difficult to do hair and makeup in some rooms. Would be good if breakfast was included

Tiny things really. No bath mat or shelf in bathroom for toiletries. A note in the room about how and when to check out would be useful
