The apartment was spacious and offered great value for money. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive to our questions.

The House could benefit from some updates. The floors could be covered with carpeting or proper floorwood, not exposing the bare floorboards, which is not ideal for someone who has asthma. This would help to reduce dust and allergens. The thin mattress in one of the bedrooms made for an uncomfortable sleep, it could do with a proper bed and mattress to make the stay pleasant. I wasn't a fan of the neighbourhood. It felt a bit less desirable.

The house is incredibly good value for money and has a nice outdoor space. Quite a lot of room for six people. Good location, walking distance to train and bus, and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Very easy check in and out. Shower and kitchen were fine.

As all the other reviews have said, the place is very tired and worn out. Beds are uncomfortable, particularly the couch beds which are designed so as to have a big piece of wood down the middle of them? We only stayed for one night while passing through Bristol as a big group, so it was fine for us.

Great location. 15 min walk from city center. Nice to have a garden and kitchen. Helpful host as well.

It's not very comfortable for a large group. There is only one shower and toilet. The bathroom and kitchens had stains and were damp places.
