Great location close to stokes croft and the town centre. The house was clean and tidy. It was exactly the the size and layout we needed for our group. Good kitchen - plenty of space to prep and cook. We particularly loved the amount of seating in the garden area; the sun was out in full force when we stayed so we spent most of our time chilling out there. I’ve stayed in group airbnb’s before that were flats or new build houses, where the walls were thin and we could hear the neighbours, making us on edge about noise so not able to fully relax. The walls in this house seemed nice and thick so i felt like we were able to chat and listen to music off a bluetooth speaker at a reasonable volume without annoying the neighbours. The price was incredible when we booked. I doubt you’ll find anything this size and quality in such a central location for the price we got it for. However, i doubt the prices will stay this low; at the time of writing they’re a new property with no reviews, so their prices are low to encourage people to book. Once the positive reviews start flooding in i’m sure the prices will go up - and rightly so. The hosts were incredibly helpful in the run up to our stay. I had a few questions about the property and also made a mistake with the booking - they were quick to reply, relaxed about the mistake and very generous in terms of the resolution they offered.
