It was value for money, great location, short walk to cool pubs , cafes and culture . Host was lovely helped clarify access to keys and allowed us to check out an hour later ! The clocks went forward! Good number of beds and good shower

The mattresses were not comfortable

It was a large functional space

There was a lack of care I felt It wasn't very clean and totally practical without any comfort or attention to detail Only half a toilet roll and the bathroom wasn't inviting to wash in The fridge was dirty and smelt bad Wouldn't want to store food in it

The property was in a great location

Previous to my trip i asked the property owner if i could leave my bags there before 3pm as we were arriving early - he said yes. So i arrived and at first the cleaner said no to us leaving our bags which meant we had to carry them around? she let us leave our shopping but not our bags. I called the property and the woman said it was fine so we went back and left them there but the cleaner proceeded to leave the place even though it didn’t look upto cleaning standards. The cleaner was very unsure about us leaving our bags there and said she would be back in 5 minutes with toilet roll. 30 minutes passed and she still didn’t come back to which we receive a message saying she will come back at 4pm. We left for the day and toilet roll was dropped, but the whole place just felt dirty - the garden is not nice or the bathroom- the beds were so uncomfortable but the only good thing was the location.

Good size property good location good facilities

The window handles are all broke and the windows don't shut properly because of this so the noise was unbearable and also the drafts were ridiculous! Mattresses are well overdue to be replaced worst sleep ever due to the comfort and also the constant noise and draft

Location was good for what we required

The overall experience was horrendous! Quite obviously hadn’t been cleaned; skid marks and loo roll in the toilet, toothpaste and stubble hair in the sink, oven was so gross we didn’t eat our breakfast there as we’d planned too, no key for the unlocked backdoor so a massive security risk….10 photos sent to the owner with zero response!!! Absolutely awful, would not recommend!

It was clean but needs a complete refurbishment

Walking distance to St Paul’s pubs and venues. TV and internet good.

Crockery and glasses not clean. Bathroom not clean. Uncomfortable beds. Upstairs shower leaked onto the lounge room ceiling below.
