Casa Perricci - short lets - Monopoli

The property was in a great location and exactly what we were after. Heaps of space and well maintained. We had three people and the two bedrooms with TV's and space were great. Kitchen had all it needed and also an Umbrella for the beach. The host was amazing from the meeting and tour to start even after we arrived late to questions during the stay.

Nothing not to like. Only point is to know there is a few stairs and levels but no different to propoerties in the area.

Excellent apartment right in the centre of the old part of town. Well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. We made dinner and breakfast and was easy to do so in the kitchen. Such a friendly and welcoming host. Amazing hot tub which was well used after a long day of walking. Loved the decor and vibe of the apartment.

Like previous reviews have said, this is a 4 floor apartment so not for those with mobility issues due to the stairs. You can hear the neighbours next door and people walking past late at night but as most of the accommodation is apartments I don't think this is unique to only this place.

Wonderful place and even more wonderful hosts! From the very beginning, we felt truly taken care of – the hosts reserved a parking spot for us with their own car and then moved it so we could park comfortably. This level of hospitality is truly rare. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautiful, and fully equipped – everything we could possibly need was there. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location also deserves the highest praise – if “perfect” is the right word, then this is it. Overall, we are absolutely delighted with our stay and highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Perricci. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the historic center of Monopoli, within walking distance of the old town, the harbor, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt authentic yet modern, which we really appreciated. The host was extremely kind and helpful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. Communication was smooth from start to finish, which made everything very easy. One of the biggest advantages is how central yet quiet the place is, allowing you to fully enjoy Monopoli without any stress. Overall, a great experience — we would definitely come back and highly recommend Casa Perricci to anyone visiting the area.

Patrizia and Davido were such wonderful hosts, more than happy to help and their property is absolutely amazing. Situated in the old town and within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and bars, the place is very well decorated and maintained and very well equipped. The basement spa was such a welcome treat after a long day out and the roof terrace so inviting at any time of day or night. Would definitely recommend and return to this property.
