"Clean flat in a wonderful location with a lovely view. Bed should be upgraded."

Location is amazing. Easy access to the whole of Whitby - close to train station, bridge, restaurants, beach. Flat was very clean. Each of the large bedrooms had a couch. View from the kitchen is lovely.

The bed & mattress in the larger bedroom is uncomfortable. It’s a basic foam mattress on slats that sits low to the ground. To get the view, have to climb 3 flights of stairs that would be challenging for anyone with limited mobility.

Nothing. The place was well overpriced

Carpets were loose in door frames. Kitchen had bad paint work peeling and cracked with the doors windows not cleaned.

"Not clean enough I had to clean on arrival the mattresses need to be replaced in larger room"

The view was lovely and it was well equipped and modern 3 TVs throughout the property cooker dishwasher etc

It’s was extremely dusty all cupboards bedsides and window sills were thick with dust and the double mattress in the larger room was terrible a heads up about the 52 steps would of been appreciated
