The view is amazing, great location… the property has the potential to be outstanding.

It’s was really dirty, we were shocked hadn’t been hoovered for a long time as their were crumbs & fluff everywhere, the thick dust on everything proved it hasn’t been dusted for a few months, their were hairs in the shower… the mattress in the main bedroom is paper thin and very uncomfortable, the bed is also very low so hard to get up and down from and the excessive amount of emails and messages the company sends about your stay is way too much!

Ease of use, great location. Accommodation was clean, excellent facilities and really comfortable. Made our trip to Whitby a memorable experience.

Parking was an issue but managed to book a space nearby

The view and the bedrooms where lovely

Lot of furniture was broken or very worn out. Like mirror frame broken and dinning table chairs on there last legs and very stained
