"Brilliant wk end despite the down pour of rain."

Lovely rooms and very clean great location so homely and trendy. Highly recommend and would stay again. Beautiful views and rooms.

Nothing anyone can help. Parking was pain at first. The passes came in useful. It was a really bad wk end for rain and had a few leaks around the French doors. 10 am a bit early to leave especially when you can’t check in till 4 pm. Can’t comment or review staff as never met anyone.

Ideally situated. Very clean, and well equipped

Nothing about the property. But whilst our stay was enjoyable, we couldn’t check in until 4pm, and there was no option to store luggage. (Our train arrived at noon) so had to take our luggage with us all afternoon. Plus we had to check out by 10am. I paid a £250 damage waiver, (refundable if no damage) however I waited 11 days, before this was refunded! Due to all of these issues, I definitely won’t book this property again

It was close to the main town centre only a 5 minute walk. The view was incredible on a morning watching the sun come up over the sea.

The location is central and access to harbour and town just down the road, the views are stunning well worth the 3 flights of stairs

Views and the interior is lovely and well appointed, tv in every room. Duvets are lovely and fluffy

"Lovely Stay"

Beautiful apartment in a lovely part of Whitby, the view from the kitchen really is stunning. Beds were large and comfortable and we were overall happy with our stay and would re-visit again in the future.

A few minor things , Attention to cleaning detail could have been better, the kitchen floor could’ve done with another hoover/sweep as there was a lot of crumbs under the table near the bin. Considering 4 of us were staying for two nights, 4 tea bags wasn’t enough so it would’ve been nice to of had a few more. For the price paid for the property, we felt check out time should be 11am considering you aren’t allowed to enter the property until 4pm.

There should have been a coat stand or some hooks to put coats on when you entered the apartment.
